He is an introverted extrovert who creates underground techno music perfectly formulated for the masses.
Born in Madrid, the global citizen has lived in London, Singapore and now resides in Los Angeles.
Luis’ passion and appreciation for music run deep into his core. A classically trained musician and pianist from the Madrid Royal Conservatory, he began DJing at the wild age of 15, after sneaking into clubs in Spain and becoming obsessed with techno-pop and acid house. Enamored by the DJs he saw, Luis had to learn the art form and taught himself by watching them night after night.
His impeccable technique is visible in both his performances and productions, with a vibrant techno style made of a combination of groovy, raw, and hard-hitting sounds. Luis mesmerizes audiences in some of the best clubs worldwide, from Fabrik (MAD), Privilege (IBZ), Baum (BOG), and Vertigo (CR) to name a few. He has shared lineup with techno masters like Truncate, Drumcell, Cristian Varela, Coyu, and dj Hyperactive.
Luis’ passionate and electrifying sets are adored by fans around the world. It’s why he has seen skyrocketing growth in the few years he has been producing, reaching #1 in Beatport for his EP “Sensation” [KD Raw] in Feb 2021, and has been regularly featured in Spotify’s most-followed techno playlists. Luis’ tracks have been played by techno luminaries like Richie Hawtin, Carl Cox, Truncate, Luke Slater, Sam Paganini, Mark Broom and Rohad among others among others.
While Luis believes in techno’s power to uplift and bring light to the world, the DJ/producer studied Ninjutsu and thus gravitates to techno’s roots in the dark shadows of warehouses. There, he creates mind-altering experiences and shakes audiences’ temporal lobes and feet with his new and old-school influences.
After more than 40 releases in 2022/23 on top international labels, Luis continues 2024 elevating its music with new releases on labels such as Kneaded Pains, Tronic, OnEdgeSociety, KD Raw, JAM, HeistMode, Modular States, and more.
